- Number 3: trace the big 3 with a finger, trace the row with a pencil, then color 3 fishs from a bigger group.
- Find the Number 3: color or circle every 3 in the grid and count them.

Number 3 activities at home
- Three bears. Read "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" and count everything in threes.
- Triangle hunt. A triangle has three sides; find triangles around the house.
- Number walk. Look for the number 3 on doors, clocks and signs.
Tips
Start at the top. Show where the number begins; most numbers start at the top.
Count, then stop. On the coloring part, count out loud and stop at 3. Leaving pictures uncolored on purpose is great self-control practice.
